Setup Guide

    Navigate to Settings → Integrations.

    Click "Connect QuickBooks" and sign in to your Intuit account.

    Choose the QuickBooks Online company file.

    Map payroll expense accounts.

    Enable auto-export or trigger manual exports after each payroll run.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is QuickBooks Desktop supported?

Currently only QuickBooks Online India is supported. Desktop support is planned.

What format are exports?

Journal entries are created directly via the QuickBooks API — no CSV uploads needed.

Does it handle GST on employer contributions?

PF, ESI, and PT are posted as statutory liabilities. GST handling depends on your chart of accounts.
