Can finance review before employees are paid?+

Yes. The payroll flow includes preview, anomaly checks, approval, bank-file generation and a paid lock.

Can employees get their own payslips?+

Yes. The employee portal covers payslips, Form 16, declarations, proofs, leave, attendance and profile.

Can an employee see only their own data?+

Yes. Portal access stays scoped to each employee, so nobody can see another person’s payslips or proofs.

How are statutory settings controlled?+

Statutory presets are visible to your team, with guarded overrides, approval reasons and an audit trail.

Does professional tax vary by state?+

Yes. PT is treated as state-specific, and an employee’s work state can override the company default where needed.

Is GST included in the price?+

No. Prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which is shown separately on your invoice.

Do we need a credit card to start?+
