Refund Policy

1. Free trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. No charges occur during the trial. Cancel anytime before the trial ends — nothing to refund.

2. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-month, your account remains active until the end of the billing period. No partial refund issued.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for pro-rata refund within the first 30 days of the billing cycle:

• Within 7 days: full refund
• 8–30 days: pro-rata refund of unused months minus 1-month cancellation fee
• After 30 days: no refund. Account remains active until billing cycle ends.

4. Service-level credits

If monthly uptime falls below 99.5%, we issue automatic service credit on the next invoice:

• 99.0% – 99.5%: 10% credit
• 95.0% – 99.0%: 25% credit
• Below 95.0%: 50% credit

Credits cannot exceed the monthly subscription amount and are not redeemable as cash.

5. Disputed charges

If you believe a charge is incorrect, email billing@antigravity.inwithin 60 days. We respond within 5 business days and resolve within 14.

6. Refund mechanics

Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 7–10 business days. GST charged on refunded amount is also reversed. A credit note is issued.
