1. Who we are

Anti Gravity Software Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "Anti Gravity") operates the Anti Gravity Payroll platform. We are a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

2. Data we collect

2.1 From you (admin / HR)

  • Name, email, phone — for account access
  • Company PAN, TAN, GSTIN, address — for compliance
  • PF and ESI registration numbers — for filings

2.2 About your employees

  • Name, email, phone, gender, DOB, DOJ — basic employment record
  • PAN, Aadhaar, UAN, ESI Number — statutory compliance
  • Bank account, IFSC — for salary transfer
  • Salary structure, payroll history, tax declarations — for payroll processing

3. How we use it

  • Process monthly payroll and statutory deductions
  • Generate payslips, Form 16, Form 24Q, challans
  • Send transactional emails (payslip delivery, password reset)
  • Maintain audit trail required by Income Tax Act and Companies Act

We do not sell your data. We do not use your payroll data to train AI models. We do not share data with third parties except as listed below.

4. Where we store it

All payroll data is stored in Mumbai, India (Supabase ap-south-1). Encrypted at rest with AES-256. Database backups retained 30 days. Audit logs retained 7 years to comply with the Income Tax Act.

5. Sub-processors

  • Supabase — managed Postgres + Auth (Mumbai region)
  • Vercel — application hosting (multi-region edge with India POP)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Razorpay — payment processing for our subscription billing

6. Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)

  • Right to access — request a copy of your data
  • Right to correction — fix inaccurate data
  • Right to erasure — request deletion (subject to statutory retention requirements)
  • Right to data portability — export your data in CSV/Excel anytime
  • Right to grievance redressal — contact our DPO at dpo@antigravity.in

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for session management. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies. We use Vercel Analytics (server-side, no cookies).
