Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Anti Gravity Payroll, you ("Customer") agree to these terms with Anti Gravity Software Pvt Ltd ("Anti Gravity").

2. Service

Anti Gravity provides a SaaS platform for Indian payroll processing — including statutory deduction computation (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), payslip generation, statutory document generation (Form 16, Form 24Q, challans), and bank transfer file exports.

We do not file returns on your behalf. We provide computation, document generation, and export tools. The legal responsibility for accurate filing remains with you.

3. Subscription & billing

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • 14-day free trial — cancel anytime, no charge
  • All prices are exclusive of 18% GST
  • Failed payments result in account pause after 7 days. Data retained 90 days.
  • Upgrades effective immediately. Downgrades effective next billing cycle.

4. Data ownership

Customer retains all ownership of payroll data, employee records, and generated documents. Anti Gravity holds a non-exclusive license to process and store this data solely to deliver the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for fictitious or fraudulent payroll
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
  • Resell, sublicense, or share access credentials
  • Probe, scan, or attack the infrastructure

6. Service Level Agreement

Target uptime 99.9%. Pro-rata credit issued if monthly uptime falls below 99.5%. Excludes scheduled maintenance with 48hr notice.

7. Limitation of liability

Anti Gravity's total liability is limited to the amount paid by Customer in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Customers are responsible for verifying all statutory computations against current law before making bank deposits or filings. While we maintain our compliance engine diligently, errors are possible.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, Customer data is exported on request and deleted from our systems within 90 days, except audit logs (retained 7 years per IT Act).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
