DPDP Act Commitments
Our obligations and practices under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Effective date: 1 January 2026 · Last reviewed: 9 May 2026
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) came into force in India in 2025. As a payroll software provider, Anti Gravity processes sensitive personal and financial data on behalf of employer companies (Data Fiduciaries) and their employees (Data Principals). This page explains our commitments under the DPDPA.
Data Fiduciary Obligations
Anti Gravity Software Pvt Ltd acts as a Data Fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). We collect and process employee personal data — including name, PAN, bank details, and salary information — strictly for the purpose of payroll processing and statutory compliance. We do not sell or license personal data to third parties.
Consent Management
We obtain explicit, informed consent from all data principals (employees) before collecting their personal data. Employees can access, correct, or request deletion of their data through the employee self-service portal. Consent records are maintained with timestamps and are auditable by the company (Data Fiduciary) on request.
Data Protection Officer
Anti Gravity has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for ensuring compliance with the DPDPA. For grievances related to your personal data, contact our DPO at dpo@antigravity.in. We will acknowledge grievances within 3 business days and resolve them within 30 days.
Breach Notification SLA
In the event of a personal data breach, Anti Gravity will notify the Data Protection Board of India within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required by the DPDPA. We will also notify affected Data Principals without undue delay, with a description of the breach, likely consequences, and remedial steps taken.
Children's Data Handling
Anti Gravity does not knowingly collect or process personal data of children under the age of 18 without verifiable parental consent. Our platform is designed for use by adult employees and HR administrators. If a minor employee's data is processed (e.g., for statutory compliance purposes), we obtain explicit consent from a parent or lawful guardian as required by Section 9 of the DPDPA.
