Our story
We started Anti Gravity in 2025 after watching a friend's HR team spend 3 days every month wrestling with Excel formulas, PF wage ceilings, ESI thresholds, and TDS projections. Mistakes were common. Form 16s went out late. Bank transfer files had typos.
We thought: payroll is a solved problem mathematically. Why is the software still terrible? So we rebuilt it from first principles — with the Income Tax Act, EPF Scheme, ESI Act, and state PT rules baked into the engine.
Today we serve 47+ Indian companies and process over ₹187 Cr in monthly payroll. Every statutory rate is encoded in code, reviewed quarterly, and updated within hours of any government circular.
