About the role
We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team. This is a full-time position based in Remote (India).
At Anti Gravity, you'll work on software used by hundreds of Indian businesses to run compliant payroll every month. Every feature you ship directly impacts how quickly HR teams can close their monthly payroll cycle.
Responsibilities
- • Own end-to-end delivery of features in the Customer Success domain
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Product, Engineering)
- • Maintain high code quality and testing standards
- • Stay updated with Indian statutory compliance requirements
- • Participate in on-call rotation for critical issues
Requirements
- • 2+ years of relevant experience
- • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- • Interest in Indian payroll and HR compliance is a plus
